Our Critical Response Team’s USAR Paramedics are built around search and rescue first — locating, extricating, and stabilizing victims in collapsed structures, confined spaces, trenches, and vehicle entrapments — while providing the medical capability to treat and transport once a victim is reached. We support clients through every phase of wind, hail, fire, water, explosion, collapse, tornado, and hurricane events.

SRP USAR Paramedic Services
Technical Rescue & Medical Support
When disaster strikes, SRP's USAR Paramedics bring the search and rescue skill set — structural collapse, confined space, trench, and vehicle & machinery rescue — paired with the medical training to treat victims on-scene. We supplement federal and military response to disasters, acts of terrorism, or public health emergencies, working alongside state and local authorities on search, extrication, and patient care.
Structural Collapse & Confined Space Response
Our teams are trained to locate and extricate victims trapped in collapsed structures, confined spaces, and below-grade entrapments, using the equipment and protocols required for safe, systematic rescue — then stabilizing patients immediately with onboard EMS capability.
Medical and Security Services
For clients needing both venue security and on-location emergency medical coverage, our cross-trained personnel are certified EMS providers who can also secure a scene — a single-vendor solution for coverage and care.
Emergency Transport
Once a victim is stabilized, our emergency transport service gets them where they need to go — ground and air ambulance, medical evacuations, and critical care transport operated by highly trained crews.
Event Medical
From single EMT coverage at smaller events to full EMS deployments with standby ambulances and first-aid clinics, we scale event medical coverage to the size and risk level of your event.
